How to book, modify, and manage your rides
You can book a ride through our website by clicking 'Book Now', through our mobile app, by calling our 24/7 hotline, or via WhatsApp. Simply enter your pickup location, destination, select your preferred service tier, and confirm your booking.
We offer four premium tiers: Habibi Go (affordable daily rides), Habibi Comfort (extra legroom, premium interiors, complimentary water), Habibi Black (luxury Mercedes, BMW, Audi with executive service), and Airport Transfers (personalized pickup signs, flight tracking, meet-and-greet). We also offer XL vehicles for groups and Corporate accounts.
Yes! You can schedule rides up to 7 days in advance. Go to the 'Schedule' section in your account, select your pickup time, location, and destination. You'll receive a confirmation and reminder before your scheduled pickup.
Absolutely! Our multi-stop feature allows you to add up to 5 intermediate stops. Each stop is calculated with its own fare adjustment. You can add, remove, and reorder stops during the booking process.
During high-demand periods, you may be placed in a queue. Our system shows your real-time position and estimated wait time. You can choose to wait or try again later. Priority is given to loyalty program members at higher tiers.
The Habibi Promise guarantees your satisfaction. If your driver arrives more than 10 minutes late, you automatically receive 20% off your ride. We track all ETAs in real-time so you always know when your driver will arrive.
Payment methods, pricing, and billing questions
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Corporate accounts can also pay via monthly invoicing.
No! Habibi Taxi is committed to transparent pricing. We offer flat-rate airport transfers and upfront fare estimates for all rides. No surge pricing, no hidden fees, ever. The price you see is the price you pay.
Receipts are automatically sent to your registered email after each ride. You can also view and download all receipts from your Account page under 'Ride History'. Corporate accounts receive consolidated monthly invoices.
Yes! You can add a tip during or after your ride through the app or website. Tips go directly to your driver. While tipping is always appreciated, it is never expected — our drivers are compensated fairly.
Cancellations made more than 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup are free. Cancellations within 5 minutes may incur a small fee to compensate the driver. No-shows are charged the minimum fare for the selected tier.
How to cancel rides and request refunds
You can cancel a ride from the 'Track Ride' page or your 'Scheduled Rides' section. Simply click 'Cancel Ride' and confirm. If the driver has already been dispatched, you may see a small cancellation fee.
If you believe you were overcharged or had a service issue, contact our support team via the Contact page, phone, or WhatsApp. Refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours and processed within 3-5 business days.
Our satisfaction guarantee covers: Late arrival (20% off), unclean vehicle (next ride free), driver behavior issues (full refund + next ride free). Simply report the issue within 24 hours of your ride.
Habibi Rewards program and earning points
Every ride earns you Habibi Points. Accumulate points to unlock higher tiers: Friend (0-499 points), Family (500-1,999), VIP (2,000-4,999), and Royal (5,000+). Each tier unlocks exclusive benefits like priority booking, free upgrades, and dedicated support.
You earn 1 point per dollar spent on rides. Bonus points are awarded for: completing your profile (+50), referring friends (+100 per referral), booking during off-peak hours (+25% bonus), and using Habibi Black tier (+50% bonus).
Family tier: Priority booking, birthday bonus. VIP tier: Free upgrades, dedicated phone line, airport lounge access. Royal tier: Personal concierge, guaranteed availability, complimentary Black upgrades, exclusive events.
Points remain active as long as you complete at least one ride every 12 months. Inactive accounts may have points reset after 12 months of no activity. Tier status is reviewed quarterly.
Your safety and insurance coverage
Yes! Every passenger is automatically insured from pickup to drop-off at no extra cost. Our comprehensive coverage includes personal accident insurance and third-party liability. No registration or opt-in required.
All Habibi drivers undergo: criminal background checks, driving record verification, vehicle inspection, multilingual proficiency testing (minimum 2 languages), customer service training, and document verification. We maintain the highest standards in the industry.
Yes! Use the 'Share Ride' feature to send your real-time location, driver details, and ETA to a trusted contact. They can track your journey live on a map until you arrive safely.
Your safety is our top priority. Use the emergency button in the app to immediately alert our 24/7 safety team. You can also call our emergency hotline. All rides are GPS-tracked and recorded for your protection.
Information for drivers and driver partners
Visit our 'Drive With Us' page and submit your application. Requirements include: valid driver's license, clean driving record, vehicle meeting our standards (or use one of ours), and proficiency in at least 2 languages. The application process takes 3-5 business days.
Required documents: valid driver's license, vehicle registration, proof of insurance, national ID or passport, and a recent photograph. Upload all documents through the Driver Dashboard — our admin team reviews them within 48 hours.
Drivers receive a competitive base rate per ride plus tips. Earnings vary by tier (Black tier pays premium rates). Weekly payouts are deposited directly to your bank account. View detailed earnings breakdowns in the Driver Earnings dashboard.
Yes! Our leaderboard ranks drivers by rating, completed rides, and customer feedback. Top performers receive monthly bonuses, priority ride assignments, and recognition awards. Check your ranking on the Driver Leaderboard page.
Managing your account and preferences
Go to your Account page to update your name, email, phone number, and preferences. Changes take effect immediately. For security, email changes require verification.
Visit the Notification Preferences page from your account. You can toggle notifications for ride updates, promotions, rewards milestones, and system announcements. Choose between email, push, and in-app notifications.
Yes! You can add multiple credit/debit cards to your account. Set a default payment method and switch between them when booking. All payment information is encrypted and securely stored.
Contact our support team to request account deletion. Please note that this action is permanent — all ride history, points, and saved preferences will be removed. Allow 30 days for complete data removal.
